simPRO is an international IT company based out of Colorado who provide an End-to-End Operations Management with a complete job management software solution. They recently relocated their Brisbane office to a beautifully renovated two storey office building set in the leafy Garden City Office Park.
The building was redesigned by Architects Dovey & Associates into a new modern looking office building and surrounded with contemporary landscaping. All the common areas and amenities were completely upgraded to an A grade building standard.
simPRO’s design brief was to create an energised workspace to accommodate their hard working staff. The various teams have been separated by comfortable breakout and meeting spaces strategically placed around the office.
These agile workspaces encourage collaboration and teamwork in an informal environment. Around the perimeter the interchangeable offices and meeting rooms provide flexibility for growth. Architectural features like angled screens, low walls and textured acoustic wall panels manage the noise transmission in the large open plan areas.
The multi-sized meeting rooms have the latest google interconnectivity to accommodate both internal meetings and online conference calls.
The great interactive working environment. The generous lunchrooms on each floor provide a variety of comfortable seating options both inside and outdoors on the decks.
ADA ensured the internal aesthetic encompassed a creative selection of materials and finishes reflective of the company culture. Industrial flavours presented with the increased ceiling heights and carefully designed exposed services and lighting. The exciting selection of furniture encourages different working and meeting opportunities.
