Endeavour Foundation specializes in the development and provision of serviced disabled housing. Units 1 and 2 are designed to Livable Housing Design Guide gold standard. Units 3, 4 and 5 are designed to LHDG gold standard and are fully adaptable accommodating independent persons with intellectual or physical disabilities. A studio provides on-site accommodation for an assisted living carer, who may serve any of the units. All the units are wheel chair accessible. However, much care was taken to prevent the clinical appearance usually associated with disabled housing.
